Catoosa Utility District Authority will be launching a new online payment system on May 1, 2020. If you use our current payment portal you will need to create a new account. In addition to credit and debit cards, e-checks will now be accepted. You can register your account, make a one-time payment, set up recurring payments and schedule a payment for a future date.
